OUR SAFETY AGREEMENTS

In order to maintain a safe container and make the festival more juicy and enjoyable we will have the following agreements during the festival:

 

  • Confidentiality: Not disclosing any individual's identities, stories and experiences during and after the event. We can talk about our own experiences without including the others.

  • Intimate & Physical Closeness with others: As adults, we agree to be responsible and respectful with ourselves and in our interactions with others. We will be using clear direct verbal communication and safe intimate practices throughout the festival.

​

  • Sexual Interactions between participants and facilitators: Interaction between participants and facilitators/organizers is strictly not allowed.

​

  • No violence: Not giving harm to myself, anyone or anything.

​

  • Not rescuing: Letting people go through their own processes. Not intervening unless they ask for support.

​

  • Being on time: Showing up on time for the workshop that you intend to participate. Doors will be closed after a workshop starts.

​

  • 100% responsibility for your own happiness, for the nature of your experience.

  • Safer Sex practices: This event explores conscious sexuality. As adults, we agree to be responsible and respectful with ourselves and in our interactions with others. We will be using clear direct verbal communication and safe sex practices throughout the festival.

  • Interactions between participants and facilitators: Interaction between participants and facilitators/organizers is strictly not allowed.

  • No violence: Not giving harm to myself, anyone or anything.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Tickets are transferable to other individuals with an administrative fee of 50 EUR to be applied excluding the bank charges.

  • Tickets are transferable to any future events organized by Passion of Life, an administrative fee of 50 EUR to be applied excluding the bank charges.

  • In case of a force majeure from your side before April 01, 2023, your fee can be transferred to a future festival.

  • In case of a force majeure from your side on or after April 01, 2023 (including the cases occurred during the festival), an administrative fee of 200 EUR and the cost of accommodation for the days you would have stayed at the venue will be kept and any paid amount above that will be refunded excluding the bank charges.

  • In the case that you decide not to participate before the festival starts, an administrative fee of 300 EUR per person will be kept and any paid amount above that will be refunded excluding the bank charges.

  • In the case that you decide to leave the festival, there is no refund applicable.

  • In the case that the festival is canceled by the organizer, any amount you paid will be refunded excluding the bank charges.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program including cancellation of facilitators, the change of the venue or other unforeseeable situations that are beyond their control. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will make every effort to provide notice to the affected parties as soon as possible. The Organizer will not be liable for any damages, expenses or losses incurred by the affected parties as a result of such changes or cancellations.

  • Any refund made will be paid after the bank charges are excluded.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Below conditions will be accepted as force majeure:

  • Documented death or severe disease of first- or second-degree relatives.

  • Documented severe disease of the participant.

  • Below conditions will NOT be accepted as Force Majeure:

  • Cancellation of flights or other means of transport.

  • Anything other than specified force majeure conditions above.
