1. Intergenerational Healing

In this workshop, Feride will guide us through the understanding of generational trauma effects and its effects on our lives. We will search for the re-establish our connection with the feeling of belonging, with our bond with life and its resources. We will learn the basic principles of the family constellation and experience practices to transform with the gifts from ancestors, our inner healer and outer support. (Seminar- duration 2hr)

But when we change how we relate to the past, our present changes.’’ In this family constellation that will be guided by Feride, we hope the participants will discover new ways of understanding their past and lives of their ancestral heritage.
